The listing, Monster iPod FM transmitter has ended.

This is a pretty sweet little device. It plugs into your car car cigarette port and powers your old school iPod through the plug. The FM transmitter is in the middle of the cable. The black part is the dial that you turn left or right to change the transmission station, and then just tune your radio to the same station. The front of the plug has a sensor that lets you control next and previous track by waving your hand across it. Wave right to left for previous track and left to right for next track.
