I'm sure I dropped it a few times over the 7 months or so I had it, but it was in a case, so pretty protected. No water damage that I'm aware of, as it was almost always in the case. This was the first cell phone I ever had and pricey for me, so I took VERY good care of it. I don't know much about phones. Sorry. Had to look up ESN to see what it meant, and yes, it's clean. I bought it at Best Buy last March or so during my tax refund shopping spree, and it's been in my possession since then.

Like I said, I don't know much about phones, and it just stopped turning on one day. I don't know if it is repairable or parts only.

Actually, I may even still have the receipt. :-) It was the same day I bought my Kindle, so I usually keep those kind of large receipts.

I've had it since last Feb or March, but it was only working for about 7 months. It's just been sitting here for a while. Just found Listia a few weeks ago, so I figured, lets throw it on and see if anyone wants it. I don't even care how many credits it goes for, as long as someone can get some use out of it. Whether it be repair or parts. :-)

I didn't get another Virgin Mobile phone. Why would I? NO WAY am I spending another $150+ on a phone that isn't gonna last me a year. My hubby got one of the small pre-paid camera phones from wal-mart for like $40. That's good enough for me.

No, I got it LAST year at tax time. Worked for 7 months and just had it laying around my house for MONTHS since then. JUST found Listia a few weeks ago and, of course, got addicted to it! (This site is so awesome) Then I spotted the phone a few days ago in my drawer and decided to throw it on here because I've seen other people put on non-working phones for repair or parts.

Yes there is, I flipped it over onto the black back so you could see the inside and the battery at the same time. It's the pic that I accidentally posted twice.

Is this phone repairable?
Is it broken because of the software or because of something physical?

I do not know if it is repairable or parts only. I don't know anything about phones, this was my first phone ever. If you scroll down through my blue reply comments, you'll see me explain this several times. :-) thanks.
