All you have to do is go to the bottom of the page and read the rules for yourself, there seems to be a lot of folks full of information lately here on Listia, I guess they mean no harm, but Listia provides all the information you need on their site
OK, she's new, and you all know there are little tricks of the trade so to speak. Great ring, and don't be afraid to say you don't know something, we don't usually bite.....(: F, W & B! (Fanned, Watching & Bidding!)
[How YOU respond to this polite request will tell us a lot. Sure, YOU can HIDE my comment & BLOCK ME as I'm not a moderator. If they see a HIDDEN COMMENT from Anyone on an auction with a ZERO/LOW FEEDBACK seller, they will know you HID this request & means a red flag. Most legitimate sellers aren't offended by this request]
Welcome to Listia! I see that you are new and have corrected a very common mistake: Posting an item without a complete description and/or picture(s) showing the item with your username in the frame with the photo with the same background. Verifying your account is yet another way to get people to trust you.
Polite Request: Can you please post a picture of the item next to a paper that has your username on it? As a new Listia user this is helpful to let us (your potential bidders) know that you are legit and in fact do have the item in your possession. If you choose to ignore this request, you will definitely get less bids & your auction may be flagged by others & may be deleted by a Listia Moderator.
Checking you listed item once a day to respond to comments or questions, remembering when your item is set to end, contact the winner as soon as auctions end, congratulate them, see if they sent you their shipping info. If not done already then ask for this info, if you are requiring them to pay for shipping, make sure to send them your paypal email address so that they can send shipping cost promptly.
If you do not have a paypal account I highly suggest you create one before your auction(s) end. This is the safest, best way for people to pay, they will trust you more as a responsible listian. This gives them protection when winning items from you, knowing that if you do not follow through on shipping their item that they can get refunded should you not comply with listia rules set out.
NOTE: This isn't meant as an insult or accusation of anything. It's a simple request. I am aware that this may SEEM like a rude message. Please understand that it's NOT intended to be rude in any way shape or form & legitimate sellers often appreciate these tips Good luck!
