This auction is for a lovely but sturdy pop-up dollhouse, accompanied by five stand-up paper dolls--Anne, Diana, Gilbert, and Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert--helps youngsters recreate Anne's heartwarming adventures. It measures 13.5" by 7.5" at the top and 9.5" at the bottom.

The book opens up, you tie the ends together with the attached ribbon and it becomes 4 lovely rooms!! There is a pocket in the front upper inside cover where the paperdolls are stored. It has never been used.

There is very minor shelf wear but it is in VERY GOOD condition. The only mark is on one of the doors - there is a light fold mark. I didn't see that I'd closed the pages and pinched the door a bit. This is why I do not describe it as Excellent/Mint condition.
