The listing, Gears of War 3 Season Pass DLC ACCOUNT has ended.

This auction for an xbox live account that has a season pass for GOW 3 DLC on it. NOT the code, I will send you the account info. You will have to transfer the license from this account to your own, it says how to do this on the Microsoft but all sales are final, once I send you the account info it is YOURS, what you do with it is your responsibility.

The downloads will work with all profiles on your system. As long as the license transfer has been done (if say you were to buy this). You will have to keep this profile on your system, but with the license transfer any and all gamertags can access the dlc content on their own profile. I've bought and sold dlc profiles before and have had no problems with it working.

M$ may not like it but there is nothing they can do to someone for selling their account, there is not reason for them to ban the account. Other than that it is against listia rules to sell accounts over listia but lets ignore that. And finally I love the idea of this but it sucks at the same time, what I mean is you cant use the account downloads for your own account just the account your winning, thats why I like the PS3, gameshring is way easier. Other than that fanned and watching

Technically it is against Microsofts TOS, but as long as he doens't advertise it's forsale on the actual profile, he will be fine. When gamertags and systems get perma-banned, it's because the owner was basically stupid and put it's forsale on the profile bio hoping to get some kid to buy it for 1600 MS points. Or even scam a kid that way. As long as you don't advertise in the bio area of the profile you will be fine. I've done it multiple times before.
