QUALCOMM 3G CDMA. FCC ID: PP4PX-600.
P/N: UM150VW. ESN Dec 00803566943 (821).

When we had this device we bought it with a contract from Verizon (same as our cell phones). Not sure if Verizon will make you be in a contract or if they will let you go month by month. Everything we have done with Verizon has been in a contract.

This device is currently inactive and not in any contract.
