PS TV does not charge monthly for use. If you want to use the benefits of PS Plus on the device then you will have to pay for the PS Plus subscription (much like PS3 or PS4) but if you account has PS Plus on another device then it will on here as well. This device will allow you to play PS Vita games without PS Plus.

Does this come with cables and/or memory card? If so how big is the memory card? Also I wanted to verify this worked. The photo of the device with the tv on doesn’t have a power cord inserted into the ps tv so the signal isn’t from the device
