Hydraulic jeans are stretchy and form fitting around your thighs and buttocks. I know this because I have 5 pair. Size 1/2 meaning in the legs they're a size 1and 2 around the hips. Hydraulic jeans are true to size. So if you wear a size 3, you can't fit into these. (they'd be too small and too short)
