You depot or buy unpotted cosmetics, add a magnet to the back and place it in the pallet. You can put your blush, powders, eye colors, etc in one pallet. It will also hold travel size brushes.

This case is about 4 yrs old. The color is no longer offered. This pallet is a dark blue with a black metal insert. The black metal does have some specks of discoloration that does not affect the use of the case.

I am including a small sheet of magnets to get you started.

Their website also offers tips on 'depotting' your cosmetics which are very helpful.

I was not good at the depotting, so I quit using it and have been cleaning and tossing out and decided someone here might like this. Seems to be lots of cosmetic lover's here on Listia!
