I won one of this a few months back on here that was used, magicjack wouldn't allow me to use it as it was assigned an account with someone else. Is there a way you can double check to be sure that if we win that we can activate it? Going through the FAQ's I am not finding anything. Thanks

Yes I have checked and as far as I can see there is nothing that says that it won't work for someone else. My first year on it runs July so who ever wins will need to register, get their tel # and will be able to use it. I also checked terms too and haven't found anything. Please note: if in fact it doesn't work for the winner I will have no problem with them returning it and getting their credits back. I'm not looking the scam anyone. I have very good feedback here and don't want to lose that reputation. I thought it would be nice to put it up for auction so that someone else could use it as I no longer need it. I have heard about these maybe if I win this I can try it out since, I am trying to save money in all kinds of forms when you live off a monthly budget and can't put out a lot of money for some services like a phone. This would be great for us to stay in contact with family that live all over the states.
