shipping by paypal will be 12.03 includes item confirmation and insurance fee without insurance will be 10.12 but i do not guarantee money.

must be because of where you are located because it only weighs 2lbs 4oz it is going parcel post. if it was Connecticut it would have only been 6.41 without insurance.

well i checked from 02703 to 33471 is only $9.36 for parcel post????not 12.03 or even 10.12, it is hard to believe that it is suppose to be exact shipping and you are charging more.
