so if i go out on a cold denver morning and my car won't start (and it happens a couple of times a winter and a few at other times) it will jump start my battery or will it only recharge it? nice tool which ever it dose.f/w

no no no, it's just a float charger. It keeps your battery from draining when you have your battery stored or when you are not using it
