This is the cutest skirt ever NWT it also has an adjustable waste. But I must say it fits smaller in size cause my daughter never worn it cause of that reason. It has 1/2 jean on top and 1/2 pink & burgundy tie-dye fabric on the bottom portion of the skirt, plus it has a pink& burgundy sparkle chiffon belt that come with it, and has flower embroidery along the 4 pockets as you can see in the pictures......I call it the SASSY skirt for little girls! Lol!
