The listing, 4X Lightning Bolt / 4X Terramorphic Expanse (Magic The Gathering 2010) MTG M10 has ended.
This is an auction for 4 copies of Terramorphic Expanse and 4 copies of Lightning Bolt, all from the Core 2010 set of Magic: The Gathering. The condition is VG+. For anyone who is not familiar with these cards, Lightning Bolt is always a good, fast source of damage; a staple for burn decks, and Terramorphic Expanse is a good way to get the land you need in a multi-color deck.
LIGHTNING BOLT
Casting Cost: one red mana
Type: Instant
Text: Lightning Bolt deals 3 damage to target creature or player.
Tip: This card is great if you're working on a burn deck and you need something to hit them with on your first turn or you need a way to defend yourself from creatures that your opponent might play early on (Often times burn decks tend to be lacking in creatures, in which case it's important to have other ways to protect yourself from potential attackers, though there are many creatures that now exist that fit right in with the concept of a burn deck i.e. red Shaman creatures tend to be very helpful IMO)
TERRAMORPHIC EXPANSE
Type: Land
Text: Tap and sacrifice Terramorphic Expanse: Search your library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped. Then shuffle your library.
Tip: The more colors you are using in your deck, the more useful this card can be. While it does not produce any mana of any kind, it provides you with the oppurtunity to search your deck for that land your missing. Say you're running a black and red burn deck and you've got a couple Lightning Bolts in hand and nothing but Swamps and a Terramorphic Expanse in play. Lightning Bolt is cheap but you still can't play it without a way to produce red mana, so in this case you could tap and sac your Terramorphic Expanse to search your library for that Mountain you just can't seem to draw and now, on your next turn, you can start dealing some damage.
If red just isn't your color, check out my other auction with 4 copies of Child of Night and 4 copies of Terramorphic Expanse.
