This listing is for a Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Picture frame from 2009. It is called Little Cookie Tester. It is new in the box and has only been taken out to be photgraphed. The batteries are still sealed in their individual packaging. The hat on the wreath does say 2009, but just a tiny bit of acetone nail polish remover on a q-tip will take those numbers off. You must have a steady hand though or you will take off some of the red paint from the hat as well. This is also considered a Magic ornament by Hallmark, becaue it makes sound.
