Its an American Girl Doll. My daughter created her so she could look like my grandaughter. She ordered her on line. There is an option for you to create your own doll, its pretty neat. I crochet hats and scarfs that are adults and kids sizes, so my grandaughter is my inspiration to making these really cute little hats and purses (also make little scarfs). She said " Grandma can you make some for my doll too that we can dress up the same. So I did now they both have all different colors. During winter she and her doll would wear the Hello Kitty (inspired) one alot. Im about to make a little owl hat Ive already made the panda one. Cant wait to see how it comes out.
