size 9 1/2 wide women's boots. I bought them last fall and hardly ever wore them because they hurt my feet (I never wear heels though). Black in color. Zip up the side. Winner pays shipping it will be shipped in a medium flat rate box which is $11.35.

The person who wins would pay whatever the seller set as the price for shipping. In this case the winner would pay $11.35. They can pay the seller by however they agree upon (such as paypal, money order, check, some people might even do cash). After the seller gets the money they ship the item to the person who won. So in my case since I don't have a paypal I would only accept a money order or check yes i know it would take longer but its the ony safe way I can do it. I'm afraid to do cash in case of lost mail or someone stole it or aomething like that. Hope that answers your question.
