The first two numbers need to be 1-22 for the month or 1-31 for the day and so does the second two!

Yea the note you described is also called a birthday note but that is not the only type and I feel sorry that you think so. There also is the type that begin with a year and end with a year. Yes they do not carry as high premium as the type you described but are still in that classification.
