yes there is.Best if used By 2002, but they sure could a fooled me cause it's 2012 and they work just fine. I have oodles of them. they were part of our emergency Gear at work, but since they were outdated, by law they had to go. I tell you what, if you are dissatisfied i will ship you replacements. just can't use them on any heavy draining type of equipment. but for remotes and small flashlights, they are fine

You might wanna make sure its legal to sent them the website for post office says they are hazardous due to temp or climate change.
