The listing, Beautiful Floral Trinket Box has ended.

This is a lovely porcelain Trinket Box. The base is about 1½”. The top is covered with a lovely porcelain flower bouquet. It’s a great little piece to store small jewelry items. There are no markings on the botton so I did not include a photo of that angle.

There is a minor flaw with this piece that is hard to detect, but I like to point out everything and not leave it for a surprise to the bidder. There is a small chip within the flower bouquet. This imperfection is buried quite well within the flowers, and I looked over the piece many tmes before I even noticed it. Other than this inconspicuous flaw, it’s in excellent condition.

I am not an expert in milk glass, but I don’t think so - maybe a mix I can see now that you ask how the bottom looks that way. The top is very fine/thin. I thought milk glass ws more sturdy. Maybe all you Listia experts can help with this one.as I am not certain. It’s a gorgeous little piece though.

I updated the description of this item because as I research the different between milk glass and porcelain, I realize I’m not the only one who might be uncertain. This is why I love Listians though - you guys are so friendly about helping out.

So, here’s a link I found with a description about milk glass. I believed this piece to be porcelain as I have other authenticated porcelain pieces and it looks like them. Either way, it’s a lovely box.
