i make these little top hats, in the above, and also pink zebra and purple zebra, but i can make them in white or black or if you have a specific color also, i have different lace, i can add feathers and beads at request ( i sale these for 8 - 12 each depending on what you want, if you want to buy one with extra stuff pm me )

im not sure they type but it was pretty expensive i bought the stuff at Beverly's and Joana's our local craft/fabric stores

i can attach it to either, and i use the fabric i bought at Beverly's , im not sure what type it was but it was like 7 to 12 a yard, so its not cheap.
