any video cards it dont matter what you ram is because they have there own built in ram. and as far as the watts it will run fine on a 100 watt.

This graphics card will most likely require AT LEAST 250 watts to run, preferably 350 or more. Meaning it will work with 250, but your PSU will be happier with more wattage.
