These are the reg ones you find at lakes or near ponds. They can be good in small ponds if you keep them in a pot,that way you can keep them in check and will not get ot of controll .

i have a pond.... in process. its dug shell is in all it needs it rocks and water and fish
but do the have alot of roots do they attrack snakes. do they multiply quickly

Well that's hard to say because I don't know where you live ,If I new that then I could tell you what kind of snakes it mite bring in. Yes mine has a lot of roots that's why I said to put them in a pot or tub ,that way they stay in it and not spread. In order for them to multiply is if you get a male and female plant's.I have all males . I have mine for about 5 years and I have no trouble with snacks . I hope I was helpful .

I may be able to get some soon,so if you want to check my page out at least 1or 2 time a week I will post them . It's so had to remember every body that want's stuff. That's the best I can do . If you are around a lot of water real close you may get water mox snakes ,some copper heads as well but you will have to judge that for your self. But you can find them almost any where. Sorry I wasn't more help to you .
