This is a NFL Pet Jersey, NIP. The tag says size medium, which should fit a 14-19" length, 16-19" girth, and 10-14" neck. However, it is a bit smaller than advertised. It is brand new but has been tried on my dog ( small Boston Terrier). It was purchased for him, but is too small. It may have a stray dog hair or two, but has never been officially "worn."
