The product code key would be on the Dell PC tower. This is just a reinstall disc for a Dell PC,

Ya know Media Shipping at the post office should be only $1.25 for this. It take a little longer but $5 is more then 1st Class with tracking(if done with Paypal shipping) I realty can use this I have Dell laptops.

You do not need to for anything under 13 oz. unless it is a bulky item a book you can ship media price. I really would like to bid But I fee that the Shipping is overboard. If I am going to pay for the shipping... Well that option should be offered then just setting high end shipping. It would be nice and you will get a lot more.

flat rate shipping is okay, sometimes the seller encounters handling materials necessary in protecting the product and the seller is responsible for the product until the buyer gets it, so package it well, I have no problem with the cost as long as it's done well and comes undamaged. Please also include a confirmation tracking number. That protects both the seller and the buyer.
