To use you just peel off and apply to nail and then shape with the file that is provided. With this kit you receive a cuticle stick, mini file and buffer and 16 strips for each design (32 total). The names of the designs are laced up, which looks like black flower lace and the other one is called missbehaved which looks like fish net panty hose!
