Never used. Outside may have finger smudges but no visible scratches inside or out. The screen inside still has the plastic on it. Come with original charger. Since it was never used, you should be able to get full charge from battery.

I do not know. I never used AT&T as a carrier. You may have to find out if At&t ever carried this particular model.
