Hi, I tried selling a PETA cookbook and took the same kind of abuse from meat-eaters...they don't realize that although we are selling something put out by PETA it does not mean we ARE PETA....PETA does have a reputation for going a bit overboard but, hey, that's their right...any other group that supports a cause can be accused of doing the same thing...this just hits harder b/c ppl want to eat dead carcass and feel they need to attack those who choose a compassionate way of life. I am a vegan, former vegetarian and was a meat eater for most of my life. I am 55. If I had gone vegan early in life I would not have all the health issues I have now, that is for sure. People need to educate themselves, that's all. Watch Forks Over Knives or Food, Inc. to begin with...or, even better, Earthlings, all available, in full, for free, on Youtube. Okay, that's enough for now....I hope I win these, my 12 y/o VEGAN daughter rally wants them! :)

Thanks so much for being supportive! Yeah, that lady just wouldn't listen. I told her I wasn't with PETA... I honestly think these stickers are adorable, but not a fan of PETA at all though. Just trying to make some credits. People really do need to educate themselves, but in the end, it's their choice. We don't have to eat animals. We know better! I will look into those movies soon! Well, I'm personally not a fan of PETA. They're too aggressive for my taste. Children don't "need" meat and dairy to grow. It's actually quite harmful, although anyone can grow up with or without them. There's tons of vegetarian or vegan products that substitute the good an healthy contents of meat or dairy without the harmful stuff and to some (such as I), disgustingness. Vegetarian of 7 years. Nothing wrong with me! But yeah, it's hard to find a anti cruelty society that really practices what they preach.

In the end, to me, healthy or unhealthy, animals are not food. It's like eating your dog or cat. It's just weird.
