Missing the size tag so I am guessing it is large size. Check measurements carefully to ensure a correct fit.

Measures about 20.5 in across the waist & 35.5 in full length.

I don't think the waist had elastic but it was a little crunchy when I stretched it which could have just been because of the tie and it has not been worn in a while. Has a tie around the waist so the size is somewhat adjustable.

Kind of has a wrinkle pleat. Used condition with some wash and general wear but still a cute skirt with lots of use left in it.

You will probably want to wear a slip or yoga pants underneath as it is only one layer and somewhat see through.
