Hello Kitty desk vacuum that really works! It sits on your desk being all kawaii and when you have pencil shavings or whatever to pick up you just press the big, round button on her head and she picks it up. Official Sanrio product.

This little vacuum is mostly for novelty. It's small (only about 3 in. tall) and you have to hold down the button to keep it working. Takes 2 AA batteries which I will have to remove for shipping. Press the little buttons on the bottom to empty the dirt and twist off the kitty head to change the batteries.

Little brush heads on the bottom help pick up stuff and that's what HK actually sits on while she's on your desk.

CAUTION: THIS IS NOT A TOY! There's a big hole in the middle of the bottom where the fans whir around and if you stick your finger in there it could get hurt. It's dangerous if you have little kids in the house because they really want to (that's why I'm getting rid of this).

I've had this vacuum for a long time and it has mostly just sat in a box but it still works.

Sorry, I don't know. I bought this in 2004 at Uwajimaya which is an Asian supermarket/gift shop in Seattle. There are probably some still floating around but I wouldn't have the slightest idea how to find them.
