"Official" First Haircut Certificate features adorable artwork memorializes the event with a before photo, an after photo, a lock of the hair, and the barber's signature. The statement (covered for obvious reasons) indicates that the little boy is passing into manhood by completely this rite of passage.

The certificate fits an 8" x 10" frame or mat and comes with instructions, a little blue ribbon to tie the lock of hair, and templates for the photos.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to frustrations with shipping glass, this auction is for the certification and instructions only. No frame is included.

I gave a general description of what it says in the listing. I would rather not share the specific inscription as its been 'stolen' too many times. I am sorry I have had to take this step but I don't see any other options for me to protect my product.
