A very high quality Ancient Greek Silver Drachm of Alexander the Great, dating to 336-323 B.C.
With well struck, powerful portrait of Herakles wearing the lion-skin on the obverse and a seated figure of Zeus on the reverse, with legend "ALEXANDROU" - Of Alexander. Zeus holds a staff in his left hand and an Eagle in his right.
