Upon further investigation -- Zippo or any Zippo collector sites knows anything about a JFK lighter or any other coin lighter that Zippo produced. But, they sell lighters in bulk to be "decorated" by other companies. Mostly for advertising. There are professional coin decorated Zippo's around done by coin dealers. I've never seen objects affixed to both sides before. And I would have used a silver dollar. It's a very nice job but I don't know how to call it.
