Listia Etiquette

1. If you are late sending an item, communicate! If you ignore emails and send the item beyond the 10-day rule set by listia, don't get upset if a buyer gives you "neutral" feedback.

2. Please, please, please don't ship delicate items in a regular first-class envelope. A buyer has the right to ask for a refund of credits if the item is damaged because doing so, and don't think because you post a disclaimer stating you're not responsible for a package after it leaves your hands, that you are off-the-hook.

3. There should be a rule here pertaining to verbal abuse(personal slurs written in feedback. Are we adults here? I've got news for those who verbally bash a buyer/seller--it only reflects back. What does it say about you?

4 Don't slam an auction in the "comment" section. How uncouth.
