I mostly stick to Gap stuff, but, when I'm feeling daring, I splurge on J Crew's kids' line CrewCuts - so cute! Their dresses start at $60 and run up to $160, but they are so well made.

This is a navy dress with white polka dots -- 100% cotton and fully lined. There is a small elastic panel on the back and the straps can be set to one of three different lengths. This is labeled as a girls size 4-5. It is generously sized and would fit even a big 5 year old comfortably.

The fabric is almost like a seersucker with a little bit of pattern in the weave of the fabric - it would be great for every day wear, but is really nice enough for church or a summer wedding.
