This Certificate is a Blue Seal, small sized, circulated note. There are some folds and creases displayed on this bill, but all 4 corners are square and sharp. Those of you who have in the past purchased notes from me, know that I am very "up front" when it comes to any condition/grade of the note and this one is no different.
