The listing, Vintage Persian Silver Tray .85 Sterling has ended.

Beautiful, decorative Persian .85 Sterling Silver Plate, 9 ozs., early - mid - 20th Century antique. Purchased in Tehran, 1995. BID HIGH! Free Ship. Markings are in Farsi, with the back marking indicating the number 84, meaning Iranian (Persian) hallmark of 85% Sterling Silver content, according to local Kay Jewelers.. I have no clue what the front marking says.

Yep! As requested, I'm showing both the front marking (in Farsi) and the back seller's hallmark in red marker ink (the inverted V underlined, which I'm told is Farsi for 8 4, meaning 85% sterling [the Iranians and Russians use different silver hallmarks than everyone else's 92.5%])
