The silver tone circle says "DREAM" around the circle 3 times, on both sides. On the edge are the blue rhinestones, there are 9 total. The black leather strip is 21" long and with the extender is 22 1/4". The silvery part does need some cleaning. My best friend gave this to me, no worries she's given me other things and wont mind me getting rid of it. It's one of those gift you get and you smile and say thank you, but you're really thinking, "why did they get this for me? I'll never use it!"
