is there a Notarized letter that comes along with it stating you are the photographer
and you are giving up all rights of the photo to the winner???

sorry for all the Questions but where this is/can be (on your end) a physical
Photo these rights should be cleared up with all bidders so it is clear so there are no legal issues down the road
