Neverwinter Humble Bundle Pack redemption instructions.

1. Go to PlayNeverwinter.com or click the banner on your page.


2. Sign up for a free Arc account and download the Arc client or log into your Arc account on the Arc client.


3. Click the gear icon at the top right hand corner of the Arc client and select Activate a Product.


4. Enter your Neverwinter code and hit Next.


5. Launch the Neverwinter game and complete the Tutorial in order to roam the city.  Once you are able to roam around town, visit the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector's Enclave to claim your items.


6. Please note that your Neverwinter Pack does have an expiration date for when you can redeem it. If you're unsure of the date, please refer to your bundle page. For problems with redeeming your in-game items, please contact Arc Support.

The redemption deadline is February 11th, 2019 @ 11:00 am Pacific.
