Okay... so after all these comments, I'm confused... is it 1GB or 2 GB? The description says 2GB. but your comments make it sound like it is only 1GB.

It is DDR3
older laptops require DDR2 (which I may be posting a DDR2 ram in a few days ) best bet look in your laptop at the ram port and find out where the port plug (which is to say the little nub that slides into the ram card) is towards the middle of the ram card.... if so this will probably be what you want and if it is off towards the side you want DDR2 which will be up in a few days so just check my listings for the next few days thanks for your interest in my items and best of luck to you :)
