Hi yes this phone supports a sim card, one is pre installed with the phone. And I will ship a charger with this phone. It is a standard flat usb charger, one of the most common I know of.

Check the pictures, I apologize about the confusion. It is not app capable, but it is a picture phone, and I do believe it can take video, albeit low quality.

Frankly, they get on my nerves. But I am a trusted seller, so no amount of getting on my nerves is going to hamper my transactions. I can include a charger, it takes a flat usb charger though. Just so you know. Good luck!
