This is over 1 pound of yarn/thread, with approximately 2,800 yards per pound!! (Weight of cardboard cone included in 1.1 lbs. total).

Beautiful 2-strand, Carnation color, excellent when used by itself for making doilies, embelishing baby dresses, collars, linens, cross-stitch, needlepoint & tatting.

I love to use this with other yarns (such as white, lt. pink or black) & I work it as a second strand that wraps itself into the stitches adding interest, color & strength to lighter yarns such as lace-weight, fingering or baby yarn.

This is a 20/2 Rayon yarn by Spectrum Dyed Yarns, Inc., color: #3435F Carnation, Lot #351434, (label on inside of cone).

Pictures are taken in both natural light as well as flash photography - I was trying to show the beautiful color, shine & lustre of this cone. There is plenty left on this for several projects!

Smoke Free Home, I do have cats but keep my yarns in plastic & up on shelves. I do my best to keep any fur off the yarns, but I can't say 100% no cat hair on cone.
