This is quilling starter kit, it contains all you need to get started including a quilling tool, quilling paper, instruction book with patterns and i even threw in some of the small pieces i have done just so you can see and feel it in your own hands. All you need is a little all purpose glue and you off on the ancient art of PAPER QUILLING.
