Collect, collect collect! I USED to collect vintage kitchen tools. This "Dough Blender" has a wooden handle and it's used for cutting shortening into flour - as if you're making biscuits or pie dough. Stamp on handle reads "A&J - Made in USA - Dough Blender - for blending flour into shortening." Then lists some patent numbers. Handle measures 3-3/4". Replaced by electric mixers, I think ...
