The listing, Slyvania Netbook/smartbook has ended.

Here is a 7 inch Sylvania Netbook/smartbook. It does not have a keyboard. It does have an onscreen keyboard you can use to type in stuff. You can plug a keyboard or mouse into one of its usb ports. It has built in wifi and is really only good for surfing the web. It will not included the charger unless I find it inwhich case I will add an update, but its not likely.
