Hi, I bought this for my daughter for a school swimming party they were having. I wanted to wash it before she took it. After it was washed she put it on to go, and it was to small. She never ended up using it. The size says 12 1/2 and my daughter is slim. It was more than the length that didn't fit (if that makes sense). It would fit perfect for the 8-10 range. The colors are very vibrant and pretty. It is in great/new condition. Obviously since I washed it there are no tags on it. This comes from a smoke free home.
