I have two small sized collars that my puppy only wore a few times before she outgrew them. The green circle print one has a clip as the clasp and the blue and white one has extra elastic to stretch for longer use and a buckle style closure. Free shipping :-) HAPPY BIDDING!!!!

Awe, cute! Kittens are so adorable, but my fiancee has a son who is allergic to them, so we just have doggies and ducklings!! These are close to brand new though, I got them and they were already too small for my puppy! Lol. ;-)

I can measure them for you, they are the normal small sized collars you would get at Petco or Petsmart, but I will check as soon as I can.
