just a head up-when you erase you personal info- its not in front of you anymore but your hard drive copy everything you do. i give the laptop away with no hard drive or totally erase it and and format new windows. just watching out for you f@w

Haggerty is right without a hard format your info can be restored although it's hard to do if it gets into the wrong hands it can happen. Safest is to keep the hard drive.
