This is from a Kellogg's Product cereal - I will email the code to the winner when the auction has ended.

As you collect your codes you can obtain movie tickets to see spiderman or continue collecting and see the movie in 3-D.

You will need to go online to: kelloggs.com/spidermanmovie and enter your spidey codes into your account.

This auction is for a code that you need to go to the website that kellogg's provides:
kelloggs.com/spidermanmovie -- you need (I am told 6 codes for a 2-d movie and 8 for a 3-d) once you collect the codes you will get a free movie ticket to see spiderman for free. There is a limit on the amt. of codes you can enter per day. The website will have more information.
